the “User”, on-line services conditional

of Use. Your House Info and its related websites reserve
the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time,

By voluntarily completing
and submitting the on-line forms, users hereby agree
and consent to all of the following: (i) allowing the
user-supplied information to be shared with appropriate
licensed professionals who might voluntarily and gratuitously
provide the general information requested by the user;
(ii) being contacted by email, regular mail, telephone,
and/or in person by a real estate professional and/or
any third party professional referred for the purposes
of fulfilling the user’s request for information;
(iii) allowing appropriately referred professionals
to contact the user for the purpose of the referred
professional marketing their independent services to
the user.
Your House Info and
its related websites provide on-line services which
are entirely FREE of charge or obligation to the user.
For its networking and referral services, where an independent
third party professional is ultimately referred to a
user, a corresponding finder’s fee from third
party professional may be paid.
Any information provided
to users by Your House Info and its related websites
and any referred third party professional is for general
information purposes only. Users are hereby advised
in all circumstances to seek independent professional
advice before relying on any information or making any
substantive decisions or binding agreements. Any information
provided to the user by Your House Info and its related
website and any referred independent third party professional
shall at all times remain the confidential information
belonging to the provider of the information. Such information
shall have no saleable market value beyond the general
purpose of the intended single user, and such user shall
not store, duplicate, distribute, share, sell or market
for sale such information without the express written
consent of the provider of such information.
It is absolutely not
the intention of Your House Info and its related websites
and any referred third party professional to solicit
clients who might be presently under contract with any
other professional service providers or agencies. By
using these websites you, as the user, hereby declare
and represent that you are not working under contract
with any real estate professional or agency, or any
other third party service provider who may find your
use of Your House Info and its related websites or any
referred third party professional to be in conflict
with their services. You, the user, hereby represent
that you are not a licensed professional, sales representative,
agent, agency, broker, brokerage or practitioner related
directly or indirectly to the real estate profession.
The value of services
and information provided by Your House Info and its
related websites depends on the user providing and maintaining
complete and accurate information. Your House Info and
its related websites hereby reserve the sole and exclusive
right at any time to refuse, terminate or suspend any
user or inquiry which is deemed inappropriate or incomplete,
or whose contact information changes, precluding further
communication. Users hereby represent they are of legal
age and legally capable of engaging the services of
referred third party professionals if they so choose.
Users are strongly urged to conduct their own thorough
independent evaluation of such third party professionals
and their offered services.
These Terms
of Use shall be subject to and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Country
of Canada. If any part of these Terms of User are deemed
to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable
law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will
be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision
that most closely matches the intent of the original
provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall
continue in effect. All rights not expressly granted
herein are reserved.
